Born and raised in the Driftless region of Wisconsin, Harper grew up chasing stories—sometimes with a notebook, sometimes with a camera, always with curiosity. From backyard productions to short films that sparked conversations, she discovered early on that storytelling wasn’t just a hobby—it was a calling. That passion led her across the country to Chapman University, where she is currently studying Film Production and Directing at the renowned Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.

Now immersed in the world of visual storytelling, she’s drawn to bold narratives, emotionally grounded characters, and the collaborative energy of a well-run set. Whether behind the lens or in the editing room, Harper approaches each project with equal parts imagination and intention. Her work reflects a midwestern grounding with a cinematic eye on what's next.
